Product Support definition

Product Support means any maintenance and support of any Products provided by KnowBe4.
Product Support means support provided by the software product manufacturer (e.g. SAP) due to software product errors.

More Definitions of Product Support

Product Support means assistance, during Service Hours via telephone, email or chat line, with the day-to-day use of the Products, not being assistance falling within Professional Services (which we will determine in our discretion). Product Support is a chargeable item unless you have a Subscription Service which includes ClockOn Enterprise, in which case it is included in the Fees for your Subscription Service.
