Product Specifications definition

Product Specifications means those product, labeling and performance specifications for the Product filed with and approved by the relevant Regulatory Authority, including Product formulae, labeling, and materials required for the manufacture of the Product that is to be purchased and supplied under this Agreement, as such are set forth on Schedule 1.25, which specifications may be amended by the Parties from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

Product Specifications means the quality and other specifications set forth on Appendix 2 to this Agreement.

• Buyer is liable and responsible for confirming with Inpro any information in Product Specifications it intends to rely on for any individual Order.

• All Product Specifications published at the time of any individual Order are approximate and may be amended, revised, and/or updated by Inpro from time to time without notice, as applicable and as reasonably necessary.

Product Specifications means specifications of the Product as approved in the Marketing Authorizations including specifications of secondary packaging, or as otherwise agreed upon by Orphan Medical and Celltech. The Product Specifications contained in the NDA as of the Effective Date are attached as Appendix C hereto.
