Product Services means electronic, mechanical- systems, software and related offerings of the company for automation and control.

More Definitions of Product Services

Product Services means installation, End User training, support services and other Licensed Product related services that are performed by Distributor with respect to Licensed Products.
Product Services means product(s) and/or service(s) listed on the Platform, that Customers can purchase on or through the Bidding Engine. “Bidding Engine” shall mean the functionality created and managed by the Bidding operator which allow the Customer to Bid for a price for a Product/Service of the Seller directly on the website of the Seller. “Cancellation period” means the legal period during which a Customer is entitled to cancel a sale and get arefund. This period is defined by the Seller on the basis of the shipping country of the Transaction. “Chargeback” means a Transaction which is successfully charged back on request of a Customer or an Issuer pursuant to the relevant rules applicable resulting in a cancellation of a Transaction in respect of which the Company has been paid or was due to be paid. “Company” means PrivateDeal SA, Route de Cojonnex 18, c/o École Hôtelière de Lausanne, 1000 Lausanne25, Switzerland. “Confidential information” means information, idea, concept, material or any other Company’s and Seller’s data, not yet entered into the public domain, whether it has been communicated orally or in writing, including but not limited to all information regarding the Company’s business, concept or business model, all trade secret, all price lists and Customer’s data, including and in particular the Transaction price paid by each andevery Customer. “Customer” means the person/entity purchasing a Product/Service through the Bidding Engine. “Customer account” means an account created by a Customer on the Platform, including Personal data. “Fee” means the amount that the Company will charge to the Seller for each Transaction. “Intellectual property rights” means copyrights, patents, registered designs, design rights, domain names rights, database rights, trademarks, trade secrets, know-how or any other proprietary or industrial right,whether registered or unregistered. “Issuer” means an institution that issues payment methods to the Customer and whose name appears on theCustomer’s credit card or bank account statement and/or who enters into a contractual relationship with theCustomer with respect to the payment method used by the Customer on the Platform. “Offered Transaction price” means the Transaction price offered by the Customer to the Seller for a Product/ Service. “Payment Details” means the information which makes up a Transaction message which needs to be submitted to the Payment Interface of the Payment Provider in order for the latter to be able to pr...
Product Services means the standardized sets of tasks and activities provided by Sourcefire to assist with the installation, configuration, testing and tuning of Products for the Customer, and the planning, coordination, management and documentation of such tasks and activities. Product Services also includes standard Training and Educational Services.
