Product Rights definition

Product Rights means any and all of the following, as they exist throughout the world: (a) Intellectual Property Product Rights, (b) regulatory filings, submissions and approvals, including Marketing Approvals, with or from any Regulatory Authorities with respect to any of the Products, (c) In-Licenses and (d) Out-Licenses.
Product Rights means licenses or rights to the Product or under Product IP Rights, for making, Developing, Commercializing, marketing, promoting, distributing, selling, offering for sale, importing, or otherwise exploiting the Product.
Product Rights means all Intellectual Property in the Product.

  • The right to sell or license for use (subject to any third party rights in any material incorporated in such extract(s)) extract(s) from the Broadcast Programme(s) (excluding always for the avoidance of doubt unused takes and outtakes) in any format including without limitation audio only for commercial purposes in all media (now known or hereafter devised) but excluding by way of the Consumer Product Rights.

  • Promptly following the Effective Date, ACI shall provide to Genentech all information in ACI’s Control as reasonably necessary or useful for Genentech to evaluate its interest in the Vaccine Product Rights (including information and data regarding safety, efficacy, toxicity, potential side effects and any and all Marketing Approval filings).

Product Rights has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.
Product Rights means, as of the applicable time under this Agreement, (a) all right, title and interest of Kolltan or its Affiliates in and to the Licensed Antibody and any Licensed Products, including the rights, licenses and sublicenses granted by MedImmune hereunder, (b) to the extent not included in clause (a) above, the assignments to be made by Kolltan pursuant to Section 11.7.2(f), and (c) to the extent not included in clause (a) above, the licenses to be granted by Kolltan pursuant to Section 11.7.2(g), in each of the foregoing cases by reference to then-existing and future plans for Development of the Licensed Antibody and Licensed Products as reflected in any ongoing schedule of activities or otherwise in any Development plans to which Kolltan has committed, including for the specific indications included in any completed or in-progress Phase 1b/2a Clinical Trials with respect to the Licensed Antibody and Licensed Products, including the estimated costs for Development.
Product Rights means all of the rights to Cortrosyn acquired by Amphastar under the Acquisition Agreements including the NDA, copies of all FDA files, regulatory files and formulae for Cortrosyn and the most recent master batch record for Cortrosyn.
Product Rights means Ness' Product Rights.
Product Rights includes in relation to the Products supplied to you by an Authorised Supplier any of the following:
Product Rights means the Know-How, Patent Rights and Trade Marks; "PRODUCTS" means all forms and dosages of any product, system or service and any enhancements, substitutions or improvements thereof derived from or relating to the Technology and Distributed during the Term and "PRODUCT" means any one of them; "PURCHASED RIGHTS" means: (i) the right to receive [*]% of all Direct Sales Revenue; (ii) the right to receive [*]% of all Fees and Income; (iii) the granting and issuance to the Fund of the $.70 Warrants and the $.875 Warrants; (iv) the Conversion Right; and (v) the registration rights to be granted to the Fund by Apollo pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement to be entered into pursuant to Section 9.1(e). "PURCHASE PRICE" has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1; "REGISTRATION" with respect to any Product means the obtaining of all approvals and authorizations under Applicable Law to legally manufacture, package, and Distribute the relevant Product to end users for therapeutic purposes and "REGISTERED" shall have a corresponding meaning; "ROYALTIES" means the dollar amounts payable by Apollo to the Fund pursuant to item (i) and (ii) of the Purchased Rights; * Confidential treatment has been requested for marked portion.
Product Rights means Regulatory Product Rights and Sales and Marketing Product Rights.
