More Definitions of Product Returns

Product Returns means (x) all stockbalancing returns (designated as such by the distributor or reseller making the return) of the Licensed Products during the Term, up to the amount set forth in (i) above, plus (y) all non-stockbalancing and non-obsolete returns of Licensed Products received later than sixty (60) days after the Closing Date (as defined in the Software License Agreement). The End of Term Payment shall be satisfied by Symantec as set forth in Section 4 hereof.
