Product Release definition

Product Release means an accumulation of Fixes and/or Maintenance Updates.

Product Release is defined as a release of Motorola Software considered to be the next generation of an existing product or a new product offering. If a question arises as to whether a Product offering is a Standard Release or a Product Release, Motorola’s opinion will prevail, provided that Motorola treats the Product offering as a new Product or feature for its end user customers generally.

Product Release means a particular version of the Product, as developed by GBX and made commercially available from time to time, and designated by a version number.

• AvePoint will use the most recent Product Release (as defined in Section 1.4 of the Support Addendum) of the Hosted Licensed Property to provide the SaaS Services.

Product Release means a release of a major modification of the NRI Proprietary Software, which is designated by NRI in its sole discretion as a change in the digit(s) to the left of the first decimal point in version number [(x).xx] of such software. Examples of a Product Release may include a complete system rearchitecture, the addition of major functionality or an interface re-design.

Product Release means a release of a MicroStrategy Product or Netgen Product which is designated by MicroStrategy or Netgen respectively, in its sole discretion, as a change in the digit(s) to the left of the decimal point in the MicroStrategy or Netgen Product version number ({x}.x.x).
