Product Patent Rights definition

Product Patent Rights means any Patent Right that claims any invention included in Product Know-How.

More Definitions of Product Patent Rights

Product Patent Rights. Product Patent Rights means any Patent Rights other than Collaboration Patent Rights that Cover any Product (including its composition, characteristics, properties, formulation, methods of use, methods of manufacture or methods of delivery).
