Product Patent definition

Product Patent means any patent or patent application claiming any Product or any API contained in such Product, including any patent or patent application claiming the composition of matter for such Product or API, or their formulation, or any patent or patent application claiming the method of use or method of manufacture with respect to such Product or such API.

More Definitions of Product Patent
