Product Packaging definition

Product Packaging means the way products are released to the market as commercial offerings such as naming, capability features, product tiers, and feature bundling.
Product Packaging means packaging and labeling for Licensed Products, which includes containers, labels, boxes, inner and outer cartons, inserts, instructions of use, and other materials that are used directly with Licensed Products to protect and present such Licensed Products for sale and distribution.
Product Packaging means, with respect to each Spinco Product, any packaging, material or article containing and/or affixed to such Spinco Product, including product labeling.

Product Packaging means (i) the primary packaging in which Products are packaged (e.g., blister packs or bottles with labels), (ii) the secondary packaging in which Products are packaged (e.g., boxes containing blister packs or bottles) and (iii) any leaflets contained inside the secondary packaging.
