Product IP definition

Product IP means any Patent Rights that Cover, or Know-How that is reasonably useful in connection with, the composition of matter and/or use of a Collaboration Compound and/or Product.
Product IP means Company IP relating to any or all of the Products.
Product IP means (a) all intellectual property rights in the Product Know-How in the Territory and (b) the Product Patents.
