Product Inventions definition

Product Inventions has the meaning given in Section 6.2(a).

Product Inventions means any and all patentable inventions that constitute or relate in any way to (a) any Licensed Antibody, Licensed Product, Antibody in the XmAb5871 Program, or pharmaceutical composition containing any such Antibody, (b) any method of making, using (including methods of administration and dosing regimens) or testing (in the case of testing, of or for the presence of) any of the foregoing, and/or (c) any article necessary or useful to practice (including those present during the practice of) any method referred to in clause (b) (including cell lines, vectors and plasmids used in production).

Product Inventions means any Inventions that are necessary or reasonably useful for the Development, Manufacture, or Commercialization of the Compound or Licensed Products in the Field.

Examples of Product Inventions in a sentence

• Institution and Investigator shall not, and shall ensure that Institution’s personnel do not engage in interviews or other contacts with the media, including but not limited to newspapers, radio, television and the Internet, related to the Study, the Investigational Product, Inventions, or Study Data without the prior written consent of Sponsor.

Product Inventions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13(b).

Product Inventions means any Invention that (i) is specific to the Compound or (ii) to the extent such Invention is Controlled by Anji Pharma or its Affiliates or LipimetiX or its Affiliates, or both, as may be applicable, is specific to the Product as it relates to the Compound.

Product Inventions means inventions and know how relating to Ancillary Component and Drug Product discovered by DIOSYNTH in performing services under this Agreement or the BSA, whether invented before or after this Agreement’s Effective Date.
