Product Intellectual Property definition

Product Intellectual Property means all of the following related to a Divestiture Product (other than Product Licensed Intellectual Property):
Product Intellectual Property means the Product Copyrights, Product Domain Names, Product Know-How, Product Patents, Product Trademarks and Product Trade Secrets, including, without limitation, each of the foregoing as listed on Schedule 1.1(c).
Product Intellectual Property means all of the following intellectual property related to a Divestiture Product (other than Product Licensed Intellectual Property) that is owned, licensed, held, or controlled by a Respondent as of the Closing Date:

More Definitions of Product Intellectual Property

Product Intellectual Property means the Intellectual Property owned, in whole or in part, by the Company that is necessary or useful to make, have made, use, sell and offer for sale the Product;

Product Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property, owned or licensed by Reliant (i) used exclusively in connection with the development, marketing, distribution and packaging of the Product in the Territory as of the Closing Date, or (ii) necessary for the manufacture, importation and sale of the Product in the Territory as of the Closing Date; in each case, including, without limitation, the Product Trade Dress, the Product Patents, the Product Trademark, the Product Domain Name and all copyrights (registered or otherwise) related to the Promotional Materials, but excluding the Reliant Brands.
