Product Field definition

Product Field means (a) with respect to Licensed Compounds and Products, the treatment and/or prophylaxis of any Indication and (b) with respect to Companion Diagnostics, to the extent that Regulus Controls […***…] the applicable Collaboration Target as […***…] for […***…] to the corresponding Product in the treatment and/or prophylaxis of an approved Indication for the Product.
Product Field has the meaning set out in clause 13.7.
Product Field means the Field relating to either regulation of Calcium Receptors on any cell types, including parathyroid cells, or regulation of levels of parathyroid hormone, including secondary parathyroidism, primary hyperparathyroidism and hypercalcemia in patients with parathyroid carcinoma;

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that AstraZeneca shall not have any right or license to Exploit, and the milestones and royalties in Sections 6.2 and 6.3 shall not apply to Exploitation of, Lead Compounds and/or Products for any use outside the Product Field (which, for clarity, does not include any diagnostic or veterinary uses), except as set out in the following sentence with respect to the right under Regulus Technology for Diagnostic Uses.

  • AstraZeneca shall and hereby does assume all regulatory responsibilities in connection with Lead Compounds and Products in the Product Field after the Development Transition Date for such Collaboration Target, including all subsequent IND submissions in countries outside the country of the Initial Major Market IND Approval.

  • Upon the expiration, but not an earlier termination, of this Agreement with respect to a particular country in relation to a particular Product, AstraZeneca will have a fully paid-up, non-exclusive license, which includes the right to sublicense, under the Regulus Technology and Regulus’ interest in the Joint Patents to Exploit such Product within the Product Field in such country.

  • AstraZeneca agrees not to practice any Regulus Technology or Regulus’ interest in the Joint Patents except to Exploit Lead Compounds and Products in the Product Field during the Term in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Following the earlier to occur of (a) Initial Major Market IND Approval with respect to a Collaboration Target and (b) the end of the Research Term (the “Development Transition Date” for such Collaboration Target), AstraZeneca will have sole responsibility, including without limitation sole responsibility for all funding, resourcing and decision-making, for all development and commercialization of such Lead Compound and all Products containing or comprising such Lead Compound in the Product Field.

Product Field means use of the Isolex(R) and Maxsep(R) Technology in the treatment, mitigation or prophylaxis of diseases, including research into such activities, through Ex Vivo Cell Processing.
Product Field hereinafter labeled as Section 1.13.

Product Field means the treatment and/or prophylaxis of any disease or disorder in humans including, without limitation, the Target Fields.
Product Field means the treatment, mitigation or prophylaxis of diseases including research into such activities, through Ex Vivo Cell Processing.
Product Field means any diagnostic, preventive or therapeutic application.
