Product Change definition

Product Change shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
Product Change means any change in the composition of the furnace charge that would cause the electric submerged arc furnace to become subject to a different mass standard applicable under this rule.
Product Change means, with respect to any good(s), any change or modification to: (i) the Bill of Materials, (i) design (hardware or software), (iii) packaging, (iv) tooling, (v) manufacturing process, (vi) manufacturing location, or (vi) subcontracted third-party supplier(s) (to the extent such subcontracting is permitted by Buyer).

More Definitions of Product Change

Product Change has the meaning given in Section 2.03(a);
Product Change means any Product Change to any Product licensed to the UN and its Affiliated Entities pursuant to the License Agreement.

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
