Product Certifications means conformance testing and certification of Sold Module Products in an accredited laboratory in accordance with agreed industry standards including GCF Permanent Reference Documents, PCS Type Certification Board (PTCRB), CDG and such wireless operator specific approvals and/or certifications required for sale of the Sold Module Products in those markets where such sold Module Products are currently being sold by Seller or its Subsidiaries.
Product Certifications is defined in Section 3.26.

  • Seller has not made any material modifications or updates to the Products which would require MediVision Product Certifications different from or in addition to those set forth on Section 6.18 of the Seller Disclosure Letter and, other than as set forth on Section 6.18 of the Seller Disclosure Letter, to the Knowledge of Seller, none of the MediVision Product Certifications would be terminated, rescinded or modified as a result of the execution of this Agreement.

  • Synergetics shall apply for such Product Certifications at Synergetics’ expense including any required updates due to any applicable change in worldwide product safety and compliance standards.
