Product Categories definition

Product Categories shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the ------------------ Distribution and License Agreement.
Product Categories means fragrances for men, women, and children and approved related products customarily used in Collateral Materials and Gift with Purchases (the exclusivity relating to Products should apply to "related products” only insofar as such related products are used in Collateral Materials (i.e.. a gift scarf as part of a fragrance purchase does not expand the exclusivity to scarfs).
Product Categories means the applicable product or service category for each Eligible Product as set forth in the Dashboard. Best Buy may determine in its sole discretion which Product Category is applicable to the Eligible Products.

Examples of Product Categories in a sentence

  • Additional products or services that comport with the existing Product Categories and/or additional Product Categories that were not listed are encouraged to be proposed by vendors who are so capable.

More Definitions of Product Categories

Product Categories means all UWG warehouse and program offerings as they may exist from time to time.
Product Categories means those types of insurance and annuity products set forth in the definition of the term "Product Factor." Product Categories. The following product groups are included in the contract portfolio and approved under this Participating Addendum (PA): • Group A – Multi-Function Device (MFD), A3 (Financial Options 1-4 apply) Designed to handle letter, legal, ledger and some smaller paper sizes such as postcards and envelopes. • Group B – MFD, A4 (Financial Options 1-4 apply) Same as A3 except ledger size paper is not an option. • Group CProduction Equipment (Financial Options 1-4 apply) High speed, high quality device, typically has advanced finishing functionality. • Group D – Single-function Printers (Financial Options 1 & 2 apply) Inkjet or laser device that only prints and is not capable of other functions such as copying, faxing or scanning.
