Product Appendix definition

Product Appendix means the appendix detailing the product type, purchasing and sell back mechanism and/or any other specific provisions, including any appendix detailing added value services, and forming part of the Supply Contract;

Product Appendix means the appendix detailing the product type, and purchasing and sell back mechanism, and forming part of the Supply Contract;

Product Appendix means an appendix to and part of this Agreement identifying a specific Product and setting forth the required information for such Product as stated in this Agreement and any other mutually agreed information or parameters relating to Manufacture and distribution of such Product pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation an effective date and term for such Product Appendix.

• Fees are determined by counting the Units associated with the applicable Red Hat Product, as described in the Product Appendix and/or Order Form.

• Except with respect to Online Services covered by Product Appendix 4, you agree not to provide to Red Hat Personal Data, provided that you may disclose Personal Data, such as business contact information, relating to you or of your personnel to Red Hat to enable Red Hat to perform its obligations under this Agreement and/or to provide you with Red Hat’s products and/or services (the “Purpose”).

• Except with respect to Online Services covered by Product Appendix 4, you agree not to provide to Red Hat personal data subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) or a similar law requiring a contract governing the processing of personal data between you and Red Hat where Red Hat is acting as a processor (as such term is defined in the GDPR or the applicable law) on behalf of you as part of the Services.

• Except with respect to Online Services covered by Product Appendix 4, you agree not to provide to Red Hat personal data subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) or a similar law requiring a contract governing the processing of personal data between you and Red Hat where Red Hat is acting as a processor (as such term is defined in the GDPR or the applicable law) on behalf of You as part of the Services.

• In the event of a conflict, inconsistency or difference between this Product Appendix and an Exhibit to this Product Appendix, the terms of the Exhibit control.

More Definitions of Product Appendix

Product Appendix means, for each Product to be Manufactured hereunder, the Product Specifications, the price per kilogram and the validation and Manufacturing activities to be performed by XXXXX for such Product, including without limitation the testing programs and development schedules, and any other information that the Parties deem appropriate. Each Product Appendix shall be agreed upon by the Parties as further described in Section 2.1. The documentation comprising the Product Appendices shall be attached and incorporated herein as Schedule 1.30 hereto, and may be amended only by the Parties' written agreement.

Product Appendix. DEFINITY(R) ECS PRODUCTS

Product Appendix means an amendment to this Agreement describing Products and Services that are available for marketing and/or promotion by Value-Added Reseller as set forth in this Agreement and such amendment. “Product(s) and/or Service(s)” means the Service or an Authorized Third Party’s products or services that are listed in the Value-Added Reseller Program Guidelines or in a Product Appendix as being available for marketing and/or promotion by a Value-Added Reseller under this Agreement and the applicable Product Appendix.

Product Appendix means (i) an SDK Appendix as applied to a Peerless SDK, and (ii) Licensed System Appendix as applied to a Licensed System.

Product Appendix means (i) an SDK Appendix as applied to a Peerless SDK, (ii) Adobe/Peerless Licensed System Appendix as applied to a Peerless-Branded Licensed System and (iii) Peerless/OEM Customer Licensed System Appendix as applied to OEM Customer Licensed System.

Product Appendix has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.
