Producing Areas definition

Producing Areas means those petroleum accumulations described in Schedule A from which Seller shall supply and Buyer shall purchase Crude Oil hereunder;
Producing Areas means those petroleum accumulation described in the Schedule A of this Agreement which Seller shall produce and supply and Buyer shall purchase Seller’s Gas hereunder;

The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.
