Procurement Manual definition

Procurement Manual means the Procurement Manual set forth as chapter 4 of the PIP (as hereinafter defined), which Manual sets forth the procurement management and institutional arrangements and obligations under the Project as such Manual may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Association and Recipient.

Procurement Manual means the manual dated April 11, 2011, agreed with Association, which sets out the procurement arrangements, policies and procedures for the Project, as well as the internal controls therefor, as such manual may be amended from time to time by agreement of the Recipient and the Association.
