Procurement Handbook definition

Procurement Handbook means the procurement handbook issued by the Director of Corporate Governance, setting out the detailed requirements for the conduct of procurement activity within the Council (as amended from time to time);
Procurement Handbook means the procurement handbook issued by the Executive Director of Resources, setting out the detailed requirements for the conduct of procurement activity within the Council (as amended from time to time) and as updated by the Scottish Government’s Procurement Journey;
