Procurement Contract definition

Procurement Contract or “Contract” means any written agreement of the Authority for the acquisition of goods or services of any kind in the actual or estimated amount of $25,000, or more.
Procurement Contract means any contract or other agreement for an article of procurement involving an estimated annualized expenditure in excess of fifteen thousand dollars. Grants, article eleven-B state finance law contracts, program contracts between not-for-profit organizations, as defined in article X1-B of the state finance law, and the unified court system, intergovernmental agreements, railroad and utility force accounts, utility relocation project agreements or orders and eminent domain transactions shall not be deemed procurement contracts.

More Definitions of Procurement Contract

Procurement Contract means any written agreement to which the Authority is a party for the acquisition of Commodities or Services of any kind in the actual or estimated amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000) or more.
Procurement Contract shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 3.1.1;
