Procurement Audit definition

Procurement Audit means the audit referred to in Section III.D.2 (a) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Procurement Audit means the audit to be carried out by the Recipient pursuant to paragraph C of Section II of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Procurement Audit has the meaning given to it in Section III.D.2(a) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Related to Procurement Audit

  • Procurement item means a supply, a service, Custom Deliverable, construction, or technology that Contractor is required to deliver to the Eligible User under this Contract.

  • Systems Engineering means preparing specifications, identifying and resolving interface problems, developing test requirements, evaluating test data, and supervising design.

  • LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED MARTIN's cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Initial Environmental Examination or “IEE” means the initial environmental examination for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;

  • Remediation waste management site means a facility where an owner or operator is or will be treating, storing or disposing of hazardous remediation wastes. A remediation waste management site is not a facility that is subject to corrective action under § 264.101 of this regulation, but is subject to corrective action requirements if the site is located in such a facility.
