Procurement Areas definition

Procurement Areas means the geographical areas specified by us under Paragraph 3.2;
Procurement Areas means the geographical areas specified by us, in which you must undertake Contract Work. These geographical areas, including the determination by us as to whether they are "rural" and/or "urban" are set out in your Schedule and may also be published by us on our website;

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).
