Processing Agreement means the agreement (as amended from time to time) ratified by the Iron Ore Processing (BHP Minerals)

Processing Agreement means an agreement entered into between the State and BHP Minerals Pty. In such case, the performance of the Related Party’s activities towards the User shall be governed by the scope of the authorisation. In the event of such a situation and if at the same time the User has any requests that the Provider would otherwise be obliged to handle, the Provider will refer it to the relevant Related Party to process this request.
