Processed Personal Data definition

Processed Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by the party acting as a Processor at any time on and from Completion in connection with the provision of the activities, services or performance of its other obligations set out in this Agreement.

Related to Processed Personal Data

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • Special Personal Information means Personal Information as referred to in Section 26 of POPIA

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
