Process Framework definition

Process Framework means the Resource Access Restriction Process Framework for the Lake Shkoder Integrated Ecosystems Management Project, adopted by the Recipient on February 15, 2007, and satisfactory to the World Bank, to guide the mitigation of potential negative impacts on the livelihoods on populations resident near Lake Skadar-Shkoder, as the same may be modified from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and the World Bank.
Process Framework means the framework for preparing and implementing plans as needed to mitigate the possible impact of restrictions on Eligible Population in a CTBR Protected Area as a result of activities carried out under the Project and financed by the GEF Trust Fund Grant;
Process Framework and “PF” means the Recipient’ framework dated December 20, 2010, describing the process by which potentially affected communities will participate in conservation site planning and management, criteria for eligibility of affected persons will be determined, livelihood improvement or restoration measures will be identified, and potential conflicts or grievances will be resolved, together with adequate institutional, monitoring and reporting arrangements capable of ensuring proper implementation of, and regular feedback on compliance with, the said framework’s terms.

More Definitions of Process Framework

Process Framework or “PF” means the mechanism referred to in Paragraph 9 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement and adopted by the Recipient on August 15, 2003, through which populations living in and around the areas affected by the Project shall participate in determining the restrictions to access to natural resources, the assessment of the impact of any such restrictions, the determination of remedial measures to redress those impacts on segments of the local population, and the resolution of any grievances, as well as the definition and implementation of a monitoring program to assess the adequacy of any remedial measure;
Process Framework means the framework dated December 15, 2004, approved by the Bank, setting forth the governing framework for the mitigation of adverse impacts on the livelihoods of displaced persons in cases where there is an involuntary restriction of access to legally designated parks and protected areas, and in accordance with which CMAPs will be prepared and submitted to the Bank for its approval, as the said Framework may be amended from time to time with the concurrence of the Bank;
Process Framework or “PF” means an instrument satisfactory to the Association, prepared and adopted by the Recipient and dated April 30 , 2010 outlining the process by which members of potentially affected communities participate in design of project activities, determination of criteria for eligibility and compensating measures to assist those adversely affected, and implementation and monitoring of relevant Project activities as the same may be amended from time to time with the Association’s prior written concurrence.
Process Framework means the framework to be prepared by the Recipient in accordance with Section II.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the said framework may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time with the prior written approval of the World Bank, describing the process by which potentially affected communities in the Loma mountains national park will participate in conservation site planning and management, criteria for eligibility of affected persons will be determined, livelihood improvement or restoration measures will be identified, and potential conflicts or grievances will be resolved, together with adequate institutional, monitoring and reporting arrangements capable of ensuring proper implementation of, and regular feedback on compliance with, the said framework’s terms.
Process Framework and “PF” means the Recipient’ framework dated July 2009, as the said framework may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time with the prior written approval of the World Bank, describing the process by which potentially affected communities will participate in conservation site planning and management, criteria for eligibility of affected persons will be determined, livelihood improvement or restoration measures will be identified, and potential conflicts or grievances will be resolved, together with adequate institutional, monitoring and reporting arrangements capable of ensuring proper implementation of, and regular feedback on compliance with, the said framework’s terms.
Process Framework means the Process Framework for Mitigating Potentially Adverse Livelihood Impacts for Part B of the Project, dated April 10, 2001, prepared by PMC, setting forth criteria and procedures to be followed to ensure that eligible persons affected by Part B of the Project are assisted in their efforts to restore or improve their livelihoods in a manner which maintains the environmental sustainability of the relevant nature reserve, as said Process Framework may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Bank.
