Probationary Employees means and include those employees employed during the initial probationary period set forth in Article 14(b) above in any established position, provided that such definition will not include Regular Full-Time Employees on probation during the first ninety (90) working days of a promotion or transfer as referred to in Article 14.2 below.

More Definitions of Probationary Employees
Probationary Employees means and include those employees employed during the first six months of service in any established position. All employees are to receive written notification of the completion of their probation period, with a copy of said notification to be sent to the Business Agent of the Association.
Probationary Employees. The term "probationary employees” applies to employees who are hired by the Corporation as part of the permanent establishment, and will be designated as permanent employees after satisfactorily completing their probationary period.
