Pro Forma Title Policy definition

Pro Forma Title Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(e).
Pro Forma Title Policy means the pro forma title policy dated August 24, 2022 attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Pro Forma Title Policy means the pro forma owner’s title insurance policy, together with all endorsements thereto required by Purchaser, attached hereto as Exhibit N.
