Private Trust definition

Private Trust means a trust created and maintained pursuant to the Washington trust act, chapter 11.98 RCW, or the laws of another state or foreign jurisdiction, in which:
Private Trust means a trust other than one in which the public is (or has been) invited to invest;
Private Trust means a trust for the benefit of one or more designated individuals who are friends, or members of the family, of the settlor;
