Private Sanitary Sewer definition

Private Sanitary Sewer means any sewer service line, equipment, or facilities for the disposal of wastewater installed or located on any premises and/or within the street right- of-way that transport wastewater from the premises to the public sanitary sewer, such as the building drain and the sewer lateral.
Private Sanitary Sewer means the privately owned pipe and fittings, including manholes and inspection chambers and pumping facilities, laid on a Property and intended to convey Sanitary Waste from a house, Building, or Structure on the Property to a Sanitary Connection and into the Sanitary Sewer System.
Private Sanitary Sewer means privately owned sewer fixtures, laterals, pump stations and other conveyances up to the connection to a public sewer.
