Private premises definition

Private premises means dwelling, house, building, or other structure, designed or used either wholly or in part for private residential purposes, whether inhabited or temporarily or continuously uninhabited or vacant, and shall include any yard, grounds, walk, driveway, porch, steps, vestibule or mailbox belonging or appurtenant to such dwelling.
Private premises means any home, apartment, condominium, cooperative unit or other dwelling unit of any kind, including yards, open areas adjacent thereto, vacant land or farmland, and accessory structures.
Private premises means all property including, but not limited to, vacant land or any land, building or other structure designed or used for residential, commercial, business, industrial, institutional or religious purposes, together with any yard, grounds, walk, driveway, fence, porch, steps, vestibule, mailbox, and other structures appurtenant thereto.
