Private Placement Investors definition

Private Placement Investors means, our Sponsor, Canyon Capital Advisors LLC (on behalf of one or more managed funds or accounts), The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company and certain of its affiliates, Teachers’ Retirement System of the State of Illinois and certain other accredited investors.
Private Placement Investors means those certain investors who have entered into the Subscription Agreements to purchase 35,000,000 shares of Class A Stock in the Private Placement.
Private Placement Investors means those investors who make payment to the Management Company for purchase of Units prior to the Initial Period of Offer under private arrangements and to whom Class “A” Units shall be issued.

Private Placement Investors shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Recitals.
