Private Passenger Type Automobile definition

Private Passenger Type Automobile means any means of transportation not operated for commercial purposes, designed to carry passengers and that is pulled, propelled or fuelled in any way, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, mopeds, snowmobiles or boats.
Private Passenger Type Automobile means a vehicle that meets the definition in N.J.S.A. 39:6A–2a and is owned by a corporation, partnership, or any other entity except an individual or husband and wife and used for business purposes.
