Private Mortgage Insurer definition

Private Mortgage Insurer means a private insurance company that provides, or may have provided, a Private Mortgage Insurance Policy with respect to a Mortgage Loan.
Private Mortgage Insurer means a Qualified Mortgage Insurance Company as defined in this Appendix.
Private Mortgage Insurer. The named insurer under any Private Mortgage Insurance Policy.
