Private Accounts definition

Private Accounts means, collectively, any and all Accounts that are not Government Accounts.

  • The following Securities Transactions for Funds or Private Accounts are prohibited for all Access Persons and Investment Persons and will not be authorized under any circumstances.

  • Access Persons must avoid activities, interests and relationships that might interfere with making decisions in the best interests of the Funds and Private Accounts.

  • Purchases or sales of Securities by Investment Personnel within seven calendar days of a purchase or sale of the same Securities (or Equivalent Securities) by the Funds or Private Accounts.

  • Separate Accounts means the accounts which are to be prepared for each

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Business Account means an Account used primarily for business purposes and not for personal, family, or household purposes.

  • Client Account means any account opened by the Client at the Company including Transitory Accounts, trading accounts, partner accounts, Manager's accounts, Investor's accounts and other account types.

  • Depository Account includes any commercial, checking, savings, time, or thrift account, or an account that is evidenced by a certificate of deposit, thrift certificate, investment certificate, certificate of indebtedness, or other similar instrument maintained by a Financial Institution in the ordinary course of a banking or similar business. A Depository Account also includes an amount held by an insurance company pursuant to a guaranteed investment contract or similar agreement to pay or credit interest thereon.

  • Subsidy Account If the Trust Estate contains any Subsidy Loans, the deposit account or accounts created and maintained by the Servicer for deposit of Subsidy Funds and amounts payable under interest subsidy agreements relating to mortgage loans other than the Mortgage Loans.

  • Agency Account(s means any deposit account opened on the books of a Subcustodian or other banking institution in accordance with Section 7.1 hereof.

  • Interim Accounts means the unaudited consolidated quarterly financial statements of the Issuer for the quarterly period ending on each 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December in each year, prepared in accordance with GAAP.

  • Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).
