Privacy 11.1.0 In accordance with applicable privacy legislation, the Trust Plan Administrator shall limit the collection, use and disclosure of personal information to information that is necessary for the purpose of providing benefits administration services. The Trust Plan Administrator’s policy shall be based on the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Privacy Rights The Employer shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations with respect to the privacy rights of its employees.
Privacy Act If performance involves design, development or operation of a system of records on individuals, this Agreement incorporates by reference FAR 52.224-1 Privacy Act Notification (Apr 1984) and FAR 52.224-2 Privacy Act (Apr 1984).
Privacy and Data Protection 8.1 The Receiving Party undertakes to comply with South Africa’s general privacy protection in terms Section 14 of the Xxxx of Rights in connection with this Bid and shall procure that its personnel shall observe the provisions of such Act [as applicable] or any amendments and re-enactments thereof and any regulations made pursuant thereto.
Privacy Policy The Provider must publicly disclose material information about its collection, use, and disclosure of Student Data, including, but not limited to, publishing a terms of service agreement, privacy policy, or similar document.
Data and Privacy 22.1 In making a booking we will ask for personal information such as your name, postal address, email address, telephone number and payment details. We could use the data to inform you about news and information we think may be of interest to you. We will not pass your information onto any third parties for the purposes of administration. Contractors will not be allowed to use your personal information for any other purpose that that which Pebble House may have instructed. By booking with us you are deemed to have consented to the use of personal information for these purposes. Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.
