Privacy Legislation means all laws and regulations, including (without limitation) the laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, which are applicable to the processing of Personal Data under this Agreement, including (without limitation) the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) (“GDPR”); and
