Privacy Contracts definition

Privacy Contracts means all Contracts between any Group Company and any Person that govern the Processing of Personal Data.

Privacy Contracts means any Contract that requires the transfer of Personal Data by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries (including the Transferred Entities) to a third party, or that requires a third party to transfer Personal Data to Seller or any of its Subsidiaries (including the Transferred Entities), in each case with respect to the Business.

Privacy Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.14(g).

• All information and records regarding employment, personnel and employee benefit matters of RemainCo Employees and Former RemainCo Employees shall be accessed, retained, held, used, copied and transmitted on and after the Employee Transfer Date by members of the RemainCo Group in accordance with all applicable laws, policies and Privacy Contracts relating to the collection, storage, retention, use, transmittal, disclosure and destruction of such records.

• In addition, the SpinCo Group shall be provided reasonable access to those records necessary for their administration of any plans or programs on behalf of SpinCo Employees and Former SpinCo Employees on and after the Employee Transfer Date as permitted by any applicable privacy protection laws or regulations or Privacy Contracts.

• In addition, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Computer Sciences GS shall provide CSC with reasonable access to those records necessary for its administration of any plans or programs on behalf of CSC Group Employees and Former CSC Group Employees after the Distribution Date as permitted by any applicable privacy protection Laws or regulations or Privacy Contracts.

Privacy Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(i).

Privacy Contracts means all Contracts between Waitr and any Person that are applicable to the Processing of Personal Information.

Privacy Contracts means all contracts between the Company and any Person, or any Subsidiary of the Company and any Person, that are applicable to the Processing of (a) PCI DSS; (b) Customer Data; and/or (c) Personal Information.

Privacy Contracts means all Contracts between a Seller or an Acquired Company, on the one hand, and any Person, on the other hand, that are applicable to the Processing of Personal Information or Business Data by such Seller or Acquired Company in its conduct of the Business as currently conducted.
