Privacy and Security Laws means applicable Laws that govern the Processing, privacy or security of Personal Information.
Privacy and Security Laws means Laws regarding collecting, accessing, using, disclosing, electronically transmitting, securing, sharing, transferring, storing, or other Processing of Personal Information, including federal, state or foreign Laws or regulations regarding (i) data privacy and information security, (ii) data breach notification (as applicable), and/or (iii) trespass, computer crime and other Laws to the extent governing unauthorized access to or use of Personal Information.
Privacy and Security Laws means: (i) all applicable national, international, federal, state, provincial, and local laws, rules, regulations, directives, and governmental requirements currently in effect and as they become effective relating in any way to the privacy, confidentiality, and/or security of personal data, including, but not limited to, the GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA; and (ii) all applicable industry standards or rules required to followed by M-Files concerning the privacy, confidentiality, and/or security of personal data.

Agency shall, at its sole cost and expense, implement Security that is no less rigorous than, and shall only Process Company Data in such a manner so as to comply with: (a) a Security Framework; (b) Privacy and Security Laws; and (c) MBN 9666 Standards (to the extent applicable to the Services), and (d) any other requirements of this Addendum or the Agreement.

Privacy and Security Laws means U.S. federal, state and local and non-U.S. laws, including those of the European Union, that regulate the privacy or security of Personal Data and that are directly applicable to CrowdStrike.
