Priority Wage Claim definition

Priority Wage Claim means any Allowed Claim of any Person who is entitled to a priority in payment under 11 U.S.C. Section 507(a)(3).
Priority Wage Claim means a claim for payment of wages under Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 109, the Michigan Wage Priority Act, Michigan Compiled Laws Section 408.511 et sequitur or under any similar provision establishing a preference or creating a security interest in the property of the employer under other applicable law.
