Examples of Prior Year Bonus in a sentence
If the Executive's employment shall be terminated for cause pursuant to Section 8(c) hereof, the Company shall pay the Executive, subject to his execution of a general release and waiver in a form mutually agreed between the Company and the Executive, his full Base Salary through the Date of Termination and the Unpaid Prior Year Bonus, if any no later than two months and fifteen days after the end of the fiscal year in which the Date of Termination occurred.
Upon a termination of employment in connection with the expiration of the Term, you shall be entitled to the Accrued Obligations, the Other Benefits, the Prior Year Bonus and the Pro-Rata CIC Bonus.
