Prior Plans definition

Prior Plans means, collectively, the Company’s 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended, 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan, 2012 Long-Term Incentive Plan and 2013 Long-Term Incentive Plan. Awards granted under the Prior Plans continue to be governed under the terms of those Prior Plans.
Prior Plans means the Company’s 1995 Stock Option, Deferred Stock and Restricted Stock Plan, as amended, and the Company’s 2001 Stock Option, Deferred Stock and Restricted Stock Plan, as amended.
Prior Plans means the 1994 Plan and all of the Corporation’s other directorscompensation plans, programs, or arrangements which provided for a deferred cash or stock account.

  • The Disability begins within 6 months of your return to Active Service and your insurance under this Policy is continuous from this Policy’s Effective Date.C.
