Principal Vendor s and Subsidiary Vendors' Warranties The Principal Vendor represents and warrants to the Purchaser and the Purchaser's Subsidiaries as of the date hereof that each of the Warranties is true and correct, except as specifically disclosed (as provided below in this Clause 6.1) in the Disclosure Letter, except that with respect to the Warranties set forth in part 13 only in Schedule 6, disclosure made in the Completion Certificate (Principal Vendor) on and as of Completion (Second) shall be deemed to be made as of the date hereof and except that with respect to the Warranties that relate specifically to Schedules 10, 15, 17 and 18, disclosure made therein upon delivery thereof in accordance with Clause 2.5 shall be deemed to be made as of the date hereof.
