Principal Trading Market definition

Principal Trading Market means the national securities exchange or other trading market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the Original Issue Date, shall be the Nasdaq Global Select Market.

Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Global Select Market.

• In the time and manner required by the Principal Trading Market, the Company shall prepare and file with such Principal Trading Market an additional shares listing application covering all of the Conversion Shares and shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to take all steps necessary to cause all of the Conversion Shares to be approved for listing on the Principal Trading Market as promptly as possible thereafter.

Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading.

Principal Trading Market means the Nasdaq Global Select Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the OTC Markets, including the Bulletin Board and Pink Sheets, the NYSE Euronext or the New York Stock Exchange, whichever is at the time the principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock.

Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date hereof, shall be the OTC Bulletin Board.

Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the Closing Date, shall be the NYSE American.
