Principal Shareholders means Xxxx X. Xxxx, Xxx X. Xxxxxxx and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx, and their respective assignees or successors in interest.

Principal Shareholders means Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxx Persons.

Principal Shareholders means Millicom Holding B.V., Quantum Strategic Partners, Ltd., Lath Holdings Ltd., ACM Africa Holdings, LP, RIT Capital Partners plc, IFC African, Latin American and Caribbean Fund, LP and International Finance Corporation.

Principal Shareholders shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
