Principal or designee definition

Principal or designee means the teaching staff member’s Principal or a staff member designated by the Principal to be responsible at the time of the alleged violation or the teaching staff member’s supervisor or a staff member designated by the teaching staff member’s supervisor to be responsible at the time of the alleged violation.
Principal or designee. The certificated administrator appointed by the District to evaluate a certificated teacher.
Principal or designee means the school principal, other administrator or other school official designated by the principal to meet the requirements of this regulation.

Examples of Principal or designee in a sentence

  • If, after providing the student with his/her due process rights, the School Principal, or the Principal’s designee in the Principal’s absence, determines that the student has engaged in a prohibited act under this Student Code of Conduct, then the Principal or designee may impose a disciplinary penalty of a suspension not to exceed ten (10) school days.

  • The Principal or designee shall take into account the circumstances of the incident when providing notification to parents of all students involved in the reported harassment, intimidation, or bullying incident and when conveying the nature of the incident, including the actual or perceived protected category motivating the alleged offense.

  • The conference may be omitted if the Principal or designee determines that an emergency situation exists.

  • The Building Principal or designee shall ensure that the student is properly supervised.

  • The student must be supervised by the detaining teacher or the Building Principal or designee.

  • The Principal or designee will also be present during any police questioning or search of a student on school property or at a school function.

  • The Principal or designee shall also warn the individual of the consequences for failing to stop.

  • The Principal or designee will inform the parents of all students involved in alleged incidents, and, as appropriate, may discuss the availability of counseling and other intervention services.

  • Principal (or designee) and parent, guardian, or emancipated youth mutually agreed upon approved activity.

  • The Principal or designee, in consultation with the Superintendent or designee, will appoint a staff member to complete these investigations.
