The ownership of any Bonds and the amount, maturity, number and date of holding the same may be proved by the registration books relating to the Bonds at the Principal Office of the Trustee.
Such notice shall briefly set forth the nature of the proposed amendment or other action and shall state that copies of any such amendment are on file at the office of the Authority and the Principal Office of the Trustee for inspection by all Bondholders.
If the Authority issues temporary Bonds it will execute and furnish definitive Bonds without delay and thereupon the temporary Bonds may be surrendered, for cancellation, in exchange therefor at the Principal Office of the Trustee, and the Trustee shall deliver in exchange for such temporary Bonds an equal aggregate principal amount of definitive Bonds of authorized denominations.
Notes may be exchanged at the Principal Office of the Trustee for a like aggregate principal amount of fully registered Notes of the same Class in Authorized Denominations.
A Noteholder shall be permitted at reasonable times during regular business hours, upon no less than ten (10) days’ advance written notice, and in accordance with reasonable regulations prescribed by the Trustee to examine at the Principal Office of the Trustee a copy of any report or instrument theretofore filed with the Trustee relating to the condition of the Trust Estate.
