Principal Document definition

Principal Document means this document, including the Preface, Sections 1 through 39, the signature page, Exhibit I, Exhibit II, and Exhibit II, Attachment 1.
Principal Document means this document, including, the title page, the Table of Contents, the Preface, the Recitals, Sections 1 through 57, the signature page, and Attachments 1 through 18.
Principal Document means each of the following agreements and documents, in each case as in effect on the Funding Date: (a) the Organizational Documents of each Credit Party and (b) the Servicing Agreement.

More Definitions of Principal Document

Principal Document means this document, executed by Allegheny and Contractor and comprising Articles 1 through 42.
