Principal Banking Subsidiary definition

Principal Banking Subsidiary means any Banking Subsidiary the consolidated assets of which as set forth in the statement of condition of such Banking Subsidiary for the most recently completed fiscal year constitute 30% or more of the Company’s consolidated assets as set forth in the statement of condition of the Company for the most recently completed fiscal year.
Principal Banking Subsidiary means Branch Banking and Trust Company, which is the only principal banking subsidiary of the Company.
