Principal Asset definition

Principal Asset means each of the Xxxx Massachusetts Project and, from and after the Xxxx Las Vegas Reorganization, the Xxxx Las Vegas Resort and the Encore at Xxxx Las Vegas.
Principal Asset means any asset which is necessary to enable the licensee to undertake its licensed Electricity Activities in accordance with the Law, the Implementing Regulations and/or this licence.
